Larger Double en-suite room based on double occupancy
2 to 6 nights - £40 per person 7 night stay - £36 per person
Standard Double/Twin en-suite room based on double occupancy
2 to 6 night - £37.50 per person 7 night stay - £35 per person
Two or more nights single occupancy in a standard double or twin room
- £48 per night weekdays only - weekends by negotiation.

Booking conditions
A credit or debit card number is required for all bookings as security. We do not take anything from the card at the time of booking.
We charge a 2% surcharge for all bills settled by credit card. All other methods of payment are surcharge free.
All bookings will be confirmed by email or post.
Bills must be settled in cash, by cheque or debit or credit card after breakfast on the day of departure. Bills will be in Pounds Sterling only. Please note we do not take Diners Club or American Express cards.
Terms and Conditions of Sunnyside Guest House
General
All Guests, by making a booking and completing a registration form agree to these conditions and agree to be personally liable for all amounts arising from their stay.
All Guests agree to pay no later than the time of departure, the room rate, as agreed at the time of booking including all expenses and charges made to the room. We accept major credit and debit cards, cheques and cash.
Guests agree to vacate their room(s) by 10.30am on the day of departure. If for any reason any Guest fails to vacate their room by the designated time of departure on the said day, by more than 30 minutes, a further charge equal to one day's room rate will be added to the bill.
Smoking
All our rooms are non-smoking and guests are obliged by law to refrain from smoking in any room within Sunnyside. Guests who are found smoking or to have smoked in their room will be charged a penalty fee amounting to one day's room charge.
Check in
Check in is from 4pm unless special arrangements have been agreed in advance. If you arrive early you may park your car in the car park.
Muddy boots are not permitted in the Guest House and guests are requested to leave them in the Entrance Hall. Similarly we do not permit the consumption of any takeaway food in Sunnyside and Guest who breach this rule will charged for any extra cleaning required or the cost of replacement of any damaged furnishings in the same way that smokers are.
Noisy Behaviour
If guests come in late we request they show consideration for other guests who may already be sleeping.
Party Bookings (ie where more than one room is booked in one name)
The Party Leader (the person who books the accommodation) hereby agrees on behalf of themselves and the members of their accompanying party, that any damage to the Guest House property or injury caused whether to staff or fellow guests, howsoever arising whether from negligence or wrongful act by any member of the party will be the financial and legal responsibility of the Party Leader to bear.
Cancellation Policy
Whilst every effort is made to resell accommodation, charges will be made for lost revenue due to late cancellation as follows:
Within 14 days of your proposed stay - Full Charge
Within 15 - 28 days prior to your stay - 1 day's room charge
If we re-let your room, for the same length of stay, we will refund you 100% of your cancellation charge.
Car Parking
Please note that cars are parked entirely at their owner's risk and that our tariff does not include a charge for parking and that therefore you are not guaranteed a parking space as part of any contract to stay, although every effort is made to provide one.
