Anne and Sean are a lovely couple who make sure that you have a great time in the Lakes. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and maintained to a very high standard. Highly recommendable since it is close to the lake and also the town centre. It definitely made my break even more relaxing.

I would highly recommended Sunnyside guesthouse.
The accommodation was lovely, very clean and with quality fittings. Breakfast was also very good, with local produce and a good choice.
Shaun and Anne were very welcoming, catering for our every need. We would definitely stay again!

The perfect welcome from Anne and Sean.Lovely clean room with all the little comforts and a great view out to Skiddaw. Excellent breakfast too! Great location for town and mountains with the real advantage of off sreet parking - very welcome in Keswick's busy side streets.

We stayed last weekend and had a lovely time.If your looking for value for money this is the Guest house for you! The rooms were spotless with little extra touches like wine glasses,bottle opener even air freshner in the bathroom.Home from Home.The food was excellent no grease at all! A very beautifull guest house and a very warm welcome we will be going back again.

First class guest house.Excellent breakfast with lots of choice , a very cosy lounge ( with complementary evening sherry!), and exceptionally comfortable beds.We received a very warm welcome and will recommending"Sunnyside" to friends and family.
